Flats are on the ground or first floor & have a living room, kitchen, bedroom & bathroom. Residents share communal grounds and gardens. A warden is resident on site to provide neighbourly assistance & attend to day-to-day property maintenance issues.

All flats are linked to the District Council emergency call service. The weekly charge for a flat includes heating, telephone line rental, water rates & general maintenance. Priority is given to residents of Ravenstone, Swannington & Coleorton. Other local ladies, over 50 years of age, are very welcome to apply. For informal viewings, please contact the Clerk.
